Site Preparation For Esh Buildings:

• Esh's recommends a gravel pad or foundation for placement of buildings.
• Use a 2-B gravel, crusher run or modified stone
• Make sure the site is level!
• Use a transit or line level
• Prepare the site 2 feet wider and 2 feet longer than the structure ordered.
• Make sure there are no grades greater than 22% - truck and trailer have a 9'
clearance.
• Check for power lines, tree limbs, etc.
• The combined length of truck and trailer is 52 feet. Please take this size into
consideration.
• We are not responsible for crossing over water and/or septic lines!
 

Please have your site ready and accessible!
Normal delivery and set up usually takes less than 30 minutes. Delivery fees
are quoted on that assumption and the assumption that your site is prepared,
level and accessible.

Should the site require the delivery driver longer than 45 minutes on the site,
the customer will be invoiced at a rate of $20.00 per 15 minutes.
